Causes and Symptoms
- When dehumidification or AI mode is set
- When there are lots of dusts in the ultra fine filter
- When the surrounding is hot due to not so smooth ventilation of air from the outdoor unit
Depending on the surrounding and setting of the indoor/outdoor unit, the product might fail to provide cooling or its cooling might be weak.
Try this
Check the operation mode of the air conditioner.
Change the cooling mode and set the target temperature of 18℃(64.4°F), and conditioner operation after it
for more than 30 minutes and check if is cold.
Air purification standalone operation, dehumidification, AI, power saving operation and so on might not feel
cold enough.
Clean the ultra-fine filter.
➔ If the AC filter is polluted, cooling may be degraded, and may cause noise and condensation.
Functional filters apart from the ultra fine filters can not be washed with water.
First, check the filter management section in the user manual before cleaning it.

How to remove the filter of the wall-mounted air conditioners varies among models.
Check the filter type of the model that you are using. (See the figure below.)
1. Remove the filter and remove any dust with a soft brush or use a vacuum cleaner.
If it is severely contaminated, wash it in water using a neutral detergent and rinse it thoroughly with
water. (Do not use hot water over 40℃(104°F).)
2. Fully dry the filter in well-ventilated and shaded place.
Did you check the air ventilation condition of the outdoor unit?
➔ Remove obstacles near the outdoor unit.
If ventilation is not smooth due to an obstacle, cooling may be degraded.
➔ Open the window of the place where the outdoor unit is located or the ventilation window in the outdoor unit room.
Open lower blades [louvers] in the ventilation window in the outdoor unit room as close to horizontal as possible.
