If the light does not turn on in the front display window on the left door or inside the refrigerator, there may
be a problem with the power supply.
But if power is supplied, the problem might be in other parts.
If food has melted/thawed in the freezer, or no cold air is supplied, it may be a problem with parts that
circulate the cold air, so it is recommended to have the refrigerator-freezer checked accurately by a service
technician.
Try this
Check if the power is supplied.
➔ If the lamp does not turn on when you open the door, pull the power cord out first and then reinsert it.
Check if the temperature display window on the left door of the refrigerator lights.
If the lamp or the temperature display window still does not turn on, insert another electrical appliance into
the outlet to see if it operates normally.
If other electrical appliances also do not operate normally when plugged into the outlet, it is a problem with
the outlet, so, plug the refrigerator into a different outlet.
※ If the lamp or temperature display window turns on, but neither refrigeration nor freezing works, it is recommended that you have the refrigerator-freezer checked by a service technician.
