I want to like this mask but...
1. The stocks of the accessories are always scarce. Filters, inner covers, and the like are always sold out. I mean, LG PH knows that the device is in demand, so why not stock up for more accessories? Unless they want the wearable to be a one-use only device. I got lucky to grab a medium-sized face guard for a hefty price.

2. The mobile app is still not available. What is weird is that the website for the wearable on the LG PH does not mention the app anymore being developed unlike LG SG's website. But why hide it in the PH site? I hope that LG PH and LG International will be transparent on to when will the app will be released. We need an exact date, and not an open-ended second half of 2021.
3. The accessories are way too expensive. I hope that third-party suppliers will produce at least those inner covers with a more affordable price. Heck, I hope that third-party suppliers will also produce good quality H13 filters too. Imagine, for a daily inner cover, you will pay 23 Pesos each! That is insane! Hide Review

Why does the button of my mask
Why does the button of my mask not functioning properly suddenly. Yesterday it was just fine but now I cant turn on the voice on feature and can't even turn the device off. The light indicators wont light up, the bluetooth won't connect to my android phone even though the bluetooth is on. Please respond and help me.

Needs follow through
I wanted to really like this mask...

First the straps need re-engineering. If it is hot out, your face sweats and the masks starts to slide. Tightening the straps folds your ears like Dumbo the elephant. This really needs a sport style head strap.

Secondly, the firmware. My mask is updated to the newest firmware (as of May '22), but this latest upgrade causes the fan to run too much. & inconsistent.
I practice outdoor meditation - Breathe in, hold it and breathe out.
The old firmware was great, when you didn't breathe in, the fan didn't run. Now after breathing in (when you hold your breath) the fan keeps running in pulses (on... off...on...off...) - it is very distracting and the battery runs out faster - probably 6 hours tops!

Last issue is trying to send a message to Support via the site. The part number is not recognized, nor does the mask show up in any choice drop-downs. And without a model # you can't submit the form! At least it cuts down on LG's support costs...

Hopefully these are issues that can be addresses, otherwise back to the old disposable masks.

Makes breathing easy
I've owned the mask for 6 months, use often and I've had not issues with it. I have not tried the app and based on the reviews here I'm not inclined to do so - It works fine as is without the app. I have asthma and breathing through an N95 mask is difficult. The two fans on this mask do the work to bring cool filtered air in so I can breath easily. It's light and easy to wear for extended periods. I love it!

The adjustable band does not stay put - It slides back to its full length. So I adjusted it and then tied a knot to keep the length consistent. This is my only complaint and it's minor since the knot solved the problem.

Bad product
Almost everything is bad about this product.

The fit is bad. The strap easily loosens and during this pandemic, it is important to minimize or avoid touching anything near your face when in public. I had to use ear savers just to get a good fit. Using the medium face guard doesn't really help.

Voice on feature is bad. Even with the microphone, it's still a bit hard to communicate as my voice still sounds muffled and sometimes a part of my speech is not amplified.

The app is really bad. It changes your device to automatically search and connect via Bluetooth even when turned off which drains battery. You'd have to have this thing plugged in all the time when not in use or your battery will be already drained by the time you plan to use the product.

The only good things are the fan and filtering. But I still wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Battery Problem
I have no problems with the mask until I downloaded the app and upgraded the firmware.The problem of the mask that I encountered is it drains the battery so fast.One thing that I notice with the mask is that even I fully charge the mask and leave it off for a day and not using it and when I turn it on again the battery is already discharged.The battery is burning even it is not in use.Does anyone encountered this problem?Please update your app to fix the problem

Mask turning off by itself
I used the mask for a week, then it started to turn off by itself with the power light indicator blinking blue. I could not find this blue blinking light in the manual. I tried changing the filters but the problem persisted. I cannot use the mask now . This is so frustrating considering the mask is not a cheap product and this type of quality is not expected from a company like LG.

Blue light means there's a problem with the fan, battery or motherboard. Contact support to have your unit checked.

Turns off by itself...
I bought this 2 months ago and now it turns off by itself even when I'm wearing it. It turns off by itself and this blue light start blinking. Anyone have this problem?
