I wouldnt recommend this product
planned obselence
We only had this for 3 years, warranty says 10 years, but only covers compressor, not labor which can reach up to $140.
technician did not come on advised schedule, had to rearrange our personal schedule to accomodate a corporation's mishandling of their service personnel's schedules.

Initial check-up was a waste of time since they only advised to clean and restart after 24h. Since it still isn't working, they will be charging ₱8,000 for the replacement service; and they have to pickup the unit and return it.

Overall a terrible product and an obvious attempt at planned obsolescence. Even with the compressor warranty, they are making a profit from the service charge which they should be covering as its their product that was poor quality.

Even after repair, they still charged ₱8,000 even after I raised by request for a discount to their Customer Service hotline and attending technician. Once refrigerator had been delivered, I was still charged full rate. No communication between Customer service and repair center.

I had to escalate again, a total of 3 times, even as the bill was in my hand.
