Major Responsibilities:• Answer incoming calls and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into the ticketing system
• Handle outbound calls
• Reply to incoming e-mails and log into ticketing system
• Answer chats in real time
• Online support (social media and forums)
• Troubleshoot related issues
• Provide actions to solve end-user issues (dispatch to services)
• Assist with defining and documenting Knowledge base articles
• Participate to special project work as needed
• Consistently meet or exceed requirement performance criteria
Expectations:• Young graduate
• Romanian and English proficiency
• Technical background or interest in technical field is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and patience
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Previous successful customer service experience is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Windows and MS Office products, other knowledge of CRM/SAP/ERP would be a plus
• Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Process and procedure oriented
• Able to communicate issues to customers in a non-technical manner
• Punctual
• Proactive, team player, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to handle changing priorities;
