Generally speaking, you should consult the care label on your clothing and select the matching wash cycle on your machine. WashTower is a one-body washer/dryer combo, and the upper and lower power and water supply units are separately applied to avoid inconvenience due to malfunctions/repairs during use. Therefore, even if there is a problem on one side, you can use the other side, so you don't have to worry.

A) For the appliance exterior, use a clean sponge or soft cloth and a mild detergent in warm water. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not use contaminated cloths. Always use a dedicated cloth and wipe in the same direction as the grain. This helps reduce surface staining and tarnishing.
