Using products that are not authentic may cause deterioration of phone call quality, device malfunction, etc. The LG limited warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of third party accessories. - Some of the product parts are made of tempered glass. If you drop your product on a hard surface or subject it to severe impact, the tempered glass may be damaged. If this happens, stop using your product immediately and contact a LG Authorized Service Center.
