Voice Recorder
The Voice Recorder app records audible files for you to use in a variety of ways. Use them to simply remind you about something you don’t want to forget (like a grocery list) or record sound effects that you can attach to a message.
TIP!
The Recording mode icon 
(at the top of the Voice Record
screen) allows you to save a recording as a smaller file so you can
attach it to a message.
