To open the Gmail application
From the Home screen, tap the Apps Key 
> Gmail

All of your conversations are displayed in your Inbox unless you delete, archive, or filter them.
NOTE
From your Gmail Inbox, tap (or press) the Menu
Key 
> Help. Since the Gmail application is frequently
updated, you can get information in detail right from your phone.
