To open Google Talk and sign in
From the Home screen, tap Apps
> Talk 
.When you first open Google Talk, the Google Talk accounts screen is displayed. Tap your Google Account to sign in to it and display your Friends list.
Your Friends list includes all of the friends you’ve added by using Google Talk on the web or on the phone.
