To listen to your Voice Mail

• Open the Notifications panel and tap the New voice mail.

OR

• Tap the Home button > swipe left, if necessary > tap the Verizon folder> Voice Mail .

OR

• Tap the Home button > the Phone icon
  
  > the Dial tab > the Voice Mail button .
