Auto shot
The front camera lens has a face detection feature that allows you to take selfies automatically (instead of using a gesture shot). Activate the Auto shot icon 
in the camera settings, then once your face is detected, you'll see white brackets around your face. Hold still and the brackets will turn blue and take your picture.
