How to Access and Register Contacts backup settings from Backup Assistant Plus
If you didn’t set up Backup Assistant Plus when you turned on your phone for the first time, you can enable it in the Settings application.
Touch the Apps Key
> Settings 
> Accounts &
sync.Touch Backup Assistant Plus

Touch Backup Assistant Plus
directly from the
Applications page.Read the information provided on the screen and touch Start.
Enter your PIN code and confirm it, then touch Submit.
The Registration complete screen appears and your first back-up process begins. Touch .
Backup Assistant Plus can be accessed directly from the Contacts application.
Open the Contacts application.
Touch the Menu Key
> Backup now
.If you’ve already registered your Backup Assistant Plus account, a background backup will be performed. If not, the Backup Assistant Plus registration screen will be displayed for you to complete registration then back up your files.
How to Access and Register Media backup settings from Backup Assistant Plus
Open the Backup Assistant Plus application.
Touch Media backup settings.
Select the storage amount and touch Subscribe.
Check the license agreement to go to next step. If not, Subscribe is disabled.
Touch OK when the pop-up appears.
You can insert your email account by touching Email account.
