Please read replacement types and check below, agreeing with LG’s replacement policy.

Advance Replacement (Applies to Enhanced Service Plan customers or Commercial customers)

  • 01.Your previous unit must be returned to LG within 10 business days from the receipt of replacement unit.
    - A pre-paid shipping label and an instruction letter will be sent to you by email once your case has been approved.
  • 02.Once you receive your replacement unit, utilize the same box to return your previous unit.
  • 03.Utilize the prepaid label and deliver to your nearest drop box or release the package to carrier when LG arranges it for pick up.
  • 04.Be sure to keep your tracking number prior to releasing your package just in case of loss or unforeseeable situations.

If your previous unit is not returned within 10 business days, you will be notified of non return status and will be requested to return the unit. If not received within 30 business days, an invoice for the full cost of the replacement unit will be issued by LG Electronics to the SWAP requestor.

This consent remains valid for one year from the submittal date and will be used as a legally-binding promissory note for all exchanges and SWAP during that time period

Standard Replacement

  • 01.Once your request for SWAP Replacement is approved, LG will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instruction for shipment. It is your responsibility to ship your unit in timely manner.
  • 02.Once LG receives your unit, we will ship the replacement unit to you within 2 business days from designated Warehouse (Arrival time will vary)
  • 03.In an event LG does not have the same model in stock, you will be contacted with an option to choose a) accept most compatible model b) Wait for replacement, c) Credit to your account

By electing to receive advance replacement, I agree to the following terms.
