Apple TV+ is available on select 2018 LG WebOS 4.0 models and later. If you have trouble accessing the app, or experiencing playback issues, these can be resolved with some troubleshooting.

The Apple TV+ app should show on the WebOS launcher row.
In the event that it cannot be located, search for Apple TV+ within the LG Content Store.

➜Ensure the TV's firmware is up to date.
Issues can arise when an app is updated, but the TV's firmware is not updated.
WebOS 5.0 and Higher: Go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [SUPPORT] > [SOFTWARE UPDATE].
WebOS 3.0 Through 4.5: Go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [SUPPORT] > [CHECK FOR UPDATES].
Some features and apps will not work if the user agreements are not accepted.
➜Factory Reset
If none of the steps above help, then the last step you can try is to factory reset the TV.
WebOS 6.0 or Newer: Go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [GENERAL] > [SYSTEM] > [RESET TO INITIAL SETTINGS]
WebOS 5.0 or Newer: Go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [SUPPORT] > [RESET TO INITIAL SETTINGS]
WebOS 4.5 to WebOS 1.0: Go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [GENERAL] > [RESET TO INITIAL SETTINGS]
