If your Blu-ray Player will not play any discs, answer the troubleshooting questions below to find a solution.
Note: Before troubleshooting, please make sure any Firmware Updates have been performed.
- Does the LED on the front of the unit illuminate?
(Or if there's a display on the unit, is it on?) Yes No -
- Make sure the power cord is securely plugged-in to both the unit and an outlet.
Note: If the unit is plugged into a power strip, please plug it directly into a wall outlet.
- Move the power cord to another known working outlet. Test the outlet with another device, such as a lamp.
- If the issue persists, Contact Us.

- When you press the Home button on your remote, do you see the home screen?
Yes No -
- Make sure your TV is set to the proper input. It should match the port number on the back of the TV that your Blu-ray Player is hooked into. You can switch inputs on most TVs using a button called Input, Source, or Function.
- Make sure the Blu-ray Player is powered on by pressing the power button on the remote, or on the unit(if the first one doesn't turn the unit on, try the other).
- If the Blu-ray Player turned on using the button on the unit, but not on the remote, replace the batteries in the remote.
- Try to use a different cable, or try to use the same cable on a different TV.
