Wrinkled clothing after the dry cycle is usually caused by the load being too big, leaving the items in the drum, or not using the incorrect cycle.
Try This
-
Choose the appropriate cycle
- Check the fabric care labels on the clothing items themselves to choose the most appropriate cycle based on the items being dried.
- Please visit our LG Dryer - Cycles and Options article for more information.

Adjust the load size
- Items should be loaded loosely into the drum, and should not exceed halfway of the opening.
- Laundry is dried using a falling motion. If the load is too large, this can affect drying leading to wrinkling.
-
Remove items shortly after the wash cycle is complete
- If clothing items are left idle in the drum for a long time, wrinkles may form.
- To prevent this, promptly remove the items from the dryer after cycle is complete.
NoteSelecting the Wrinkle Care option before starting the cycle causes the dryer to tumble the load periodically for 3 hrs., or the door is opened when the cycle is complete.
