To Resolve:

Open and re-close the door.

- Power OFF the washer
- Unplug the washer from the power outlet or flip the circuit breaker to turn the unit off.
- With the power disabled, press and hold the START/PAUSE button for 5 seconds.

A dE2 error code indicates that the drawer is closed, but not locked. This can be caused if there is too much laundry in the dryer, items are stuck between the door and the rubber door gasket, or the latch on the door is bent or broken.
