How do I create a MyLG Account?
To create an account, go to the MyLG Account login page and click “Sign Up Now.” Fill out the required information and click “Sign Up.” You will receive an email with a confirmation link to follow.

How do I change the password on my account?
- Change your password by selecting your initials on the top right of the page and select “MyLG.”
- [On Desktop] Navigate to the “Password” tab at the bottom of the left-hand side. [On Mobile] Select “MyLG” box to open navigation tabs and then scroll to bottom and select “Password” tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Password”
If you forgot your password, go to the MyLG Account login page and select the “Forgot Password?” link, enter your account email and click “Submit.” A link to change your password will be sent to your email.

How do I modify personal information on MyLG?
- To change your personal information (First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Address, Phone Number) select your initials on the top right of the page and click “MyLG.”
- [On Desktop] Select the "Profile" tab on the left. [On Mobile] Select “MyLG” box to open navigation tabs and then select the “Profile” tab.
- Select "Edit" under “Account Information.”
- Modify your information and select “Save Changes.”

How do I change my email address?
Email addresses cannot be modified. Instead, you can create a new account with your desired email address. Your product information will not reflect on the new account, but you can re-register your products.

Why am I asked to "integrate" my account during log in?
If you are being asked to integrate your LG account during log in, then this means you originally created an account on another LG platform (ThinQ or LG Content Store) using 3rd party sign-on through Google, Amazon, Facebook or Apple. Unfortunately, 3rd party sign-on is not supported by LG.com, which is why it is essential that you complete this step.

I've purchased and registered other LG products. How do I access those registrations?
LG Introduced the MyLG account owner portal in July 2012 to give our customers the ability to view information about all their LG products in one central location. Registered products can be viewed in the “Products” tab of MyLG. Products registered prior to 2010 will not appear and may be added by selecting “Register a Product.”
NoteProducts registered on the ThinQ app will not appear on MyLG and vice versa.

How do I delete my account?
Go to us.lgaccount.com:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select [ Account Management ].
- Then select [ Delete Account ].
- Review [ Account Deletion Agreement ].
- Check box agreeing to Deletion Agreement and select [ Agree ].

I did not receive my confirmation email from LG
If you don't receive an email confirmation the same day your register, please check your spam folder. You can add LG Electronics USA (lg_electronicsusa@lge.com) to your address book to ensure delivery of emails to your inbox. Also, review your subscription preferences in the Profile section of your MyLG Account.

How do I unsubscribe from future LG email Communications?
If you are actively receiving LG emails and no longer wish to receive them, please unsubscribe from the email you received by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email and take yourself off of LG's mailing list.

Why am I experiencing an error when I attempt to login to my account
If you accidentally created an account at an LG subsidiary in another country, such as Canada, you will not be able to reuse the email or log in at LG US. To create an LG US account you will need to first log into and delete the original account. You can then return to LG US to create a new account with your email.

How do I delete a registered product?
While logging in to your LG Account:
- Select [MyLG].
- Select [Products].
- Under [Registered Products] ] locate the product you wish to remove and select [Delete Product].
- A pop-up will appear to confirm deletion.
- Select [Delete].
