NOTE:
Filter cleaning period may differ by usage situations. (Frequent cleaning is needed in a dusty environment)
After washing, make sure filters are fully dried before re-attaching and operating unit.
Drying time may differ by season/temperature/humidity. In the winter season, make sure the filters are dried indoor and above 50oF (or 10oC)
Metal Dust Filter is referring to the large dust separator mentioned in the manual.
Remove the fine dust filter by turning it counterclockwise and take out the pre-filter. (Remove the extension pipe and battery so that the product does not turn on suddenly)
Press the dustbin emptying button downward to open and empty the bin.
Insert the crevice tool into the bottom part of the metal dust filter (dustbin filter) and turn counter clockwise to remove.
Clean the inside o the dustbin using the combination tool. (DO NOT use water to wash inside of the dustbin)
Rinse the metal dust filter under running water to clean.
After washing the mesh filter, make sure you shake off any excess water to aid drying.
Wash the prefilter with running water.
Gently tap the cover to remove dust. If needed, it is possible to wash the filter with water.
Lightly tap or shake the cover to minimize dampness.
Make sure filter is fully dried, by natural drying for at least 24 hours. (Drying time may differ by temperature and humidity. In the winter season, dry the filters indoor above 50oF (or 10oC)
If the filters are not fully dried before attaching, it may cause an odor.
Insert the pre-filter first, then attach the fine dust filter.
Turn the fine dust filter clockwise until the white mark on the rim is aligned with the white mark on the handle as shown in the video.
Reinsert the metal dust filter part into the dustbin by turning it clockwise with the crevice tool.
Return the crevice tool and combination tool to the charging station.
Re-attach the telescopic pipe and insert the battery.
Now place the vacuum cleaner on the charging station.
