The LG ThinQ® app on your smartphone can be used to perform a Smart Diagnosis of your compatible LG washer and connect you with LG Customer Support should there be any issues.
In order to perform Smart Diagnosis, the washer must be connected to Wi-Fi and registered in the ThinQ app.
Try This

Open the ThinQ app on your mobile device and select the washer.

Under the washer, select [Useful Features] at the bottom of the screen.

Select [Smart Diagnosis].

Select [Get Started] and follow the on screen prompts to begin the diagnosis.

Once complete, the ThinQ® app will display the details of your washer's performance and indicate any issues that require attention.
