If your washing machine installation is not level, a rocking sound may occur during spin drying.
If you have recently purchased or moved the product, check that it is installed flat and even.
How to check leveling
Make sure the tub is empty before you check the leveling.
Check that the tub is situated in the center of its cavity and not leaning to one side.
Try this
Is it not level?
➔ Level the machine so that it does not lean to one side.
Leveling method
1. Make sure that installation is made on a hard, flat surface without dirt or water beneath the machine.
2. Ensure that the tub is situated in the center of its cavity and not leaning to one side by adjusting the height adjusters.
(Do not overly loosen the screws - turn them less than 10mm.)
If 10cm or more adjustment is required, use a height adjusting plate (fixing plate) that you can buy.
※ Use of paper or wood may cause rocking or noises.
3. Tighten the height adjusting screws so that no rocking is possible when you push down on the washing machine corners diagonally.
4. Once you have finished leveling, check that the tub is situated in the center of its cavity and not leaning to one side.
※ If the problem persists, it is recommended that you contact a professional service technician for an in-depth examination.
