Control Lock prevents settings from being changed during a cycle. Selecting this feature locks all the buttons, except for the Power button, on the control panel.

The child lock feature can prevent children from changing settings after a specific cycle has been set.
To activate the child lock, you must first select the desired cycle. Once the cycle is set, press and hold the two buttons noted on the control panel simultaneously for three seconds.
The child lock indicator will illuminate on the control panel once the setting has been activated.
To deactivate the child lock press and hold the two buttons noted on the control panel simultaneously for three seconds until the indicator turns off.
Once the child lock is set, it must be deactivated before any settings can be changed.

To activate the child lock (Method 1):
1Power on the unit.
2Press and hold the RINSE and SPRAY buttons for three seconds.
3The lock indicator will illuminate in the display once the control lock is activated.
Press and hold the buttons again to deactivate the Control Lock. -
To activate the child lock (Method 2):
1Power on the unit.
2Press and hold the HALF LOAD and ENERGY SAVER button simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the Control Lock feature.
Press and hold the buttons again to deactivate the Control Lock. -
To activate the child lock (Method 3):
1Power on the unit.
2Press and hold DUAL ZONE for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate control lock.
Press and hold the button again to deactivate the Control Lock. -
To activate the child lock (Method 4):
1Power on the unit.
2Press and hold the NIGHT DRY and DELAY START button simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the Control Lock feature.
Press and hold the buttons again to deactivate the Control Lock.
