Pressing the [Remote Start] button on the control panel of the product will enable the Remote Start mode. You can then operate Remote Start on your machine using the LG ThinQ application.
Try this
Setting Remote Start
1. Press the Power button.
2. Put your laundry to dry into the drum.
3. Press and hold down the Remote Start button for at least 3 seconds to enable Remote Start.
4. From the LG ThinQ application on your smart phone, select a cycle and start drying.
Wait! Here are some more tips
1. If the product is in the Remote Start mode, you can start a cycle just by using the application on your smart phone.
2. In the Remote Start mode, all buttons are disabled except the Power and the Remote Start buttons.
If you want to manually operate the product in the Remote Start mode, you must either power off and on, or disable Remote Start.
