New Second Screen (Notch Full Vision)
Choose whether to go edge-to-edge or select to have a clean horizontal bar for notifications.

Tap Setting > Display tab > New Second Screen

Select the type of Second screen you want:
- Custom:Allows you to have an even out notification bar.
- Standard:Allows you to have the notch.
Note: For Google App and Downloaded applications the New Second screen follows the apps color scheme.

How do I enable and use the updated Home screen layout — Home & app drawer

Open Setting > Display tab > Home Screen.

Select Home & app drawer

Swipe to enable/disable the App drawer icon. When disabled the App drawer icon will not show in the quick access area of the home screen.

To access the app drawer, simply swipe up anywhere on the homescreen. To exit the app drawer, simply swipe down.

How do I set my LG G7 ThinQ wallpaper?

Open Settings > Display tab > Wallpaper & theme.

Tap the Wallpaper tab if you are not already on it

Choose from a selection of preloaded wallpapers under MY WALLPAPERS. A list of RECOMMENDED wallpapers are available, for supported devices, to download from SmartWorld.

Select which screen to apply the wallpaper to by tapping Home screen and/or Lock screen.

Enable Home screen motion to move the wallpaper slightly as you move the device.

Tap Set wallpaper.
Note: SmartWorld requires an LG Account in order to download content.
Note: Home screen motion may consume more battery when enabled.

How do I set a theme?

Open Settings > Display tab > Wallpaper & theme.

Select the Theme tab at the top.

Choose from a selection of preloaded themes under MY THEMES. A list of RECOMMENDED themes are available, for supported devices, to download from SmartWorld.

Tap Apply to set.
