Registering your LG products on LG.com gives you quick access to product warranties, owner's manuals, support for requesting and tracking repair status, and easy account navigation to file claims.
Try This

Sign into your [MyLG] account and select [My LG].
NoteIf you do not have a MyLG account, select Sign Up to create an account.

Select [Products], then select [Register a Product].

Input the requested information and select [Register].

Once completed, you will get a pop-up and email showing the information entered to register the product.
The product information will also be visible under [Products] in your [MyLG] account.

The registration form is not accepting my password.
Passwords must have a minimum of 8 characters and three of the four options below:
- Uppercase letter
- Lower case letter
- Number
- Special character

How do I modify personal information on my product registration?
- To change your personal information (First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Address, Phone Number) select your initials on the top right of the page and click “MyLG.”
- On desktop Select the “Profile” tab on the left. On mobile devices select the “MyLG” box to open navigation tabs and then select the “Profile” tab.
- Select “Edit” under “Account Information.”
- Modify your information and select “Save Changes.”

My model is not on the product registration form.
While some models have suffixes, the registration form only displays the part of the model name before the suffix.
ExampleLFDS22520S.ASTCNA0 will be shown as LFDS22520S in the registration form.

My previously registered product is not on my account.
Your MyLG account will only show products that were registered on MyLG through LG.com. It does not include products registered via mail-in registration or the ThinQ app. If you want the product to show on your MyLG account, please enter your product information on the registration form.
