LG Security Guard is linked to your Windows Hello account.
The alarm will not be disabled if you log in with an account that is not linked to LG Security Guard, such as your local account or a different Windows account.
To resolve this issue: Hold the power button down for at least 10 seconds to reboot, log in with the account linked to LG Security Guard and remove the currently registered Windows account from LG Security Guard.

- You logged in using a different account after resetting Windows.
- You logged in using an account that is not registered on LG Security Guard, such as your local account or another Windows account.

Log in with the account linked to LG Security Guard and in the app settings, delete the currently linked account.
Did you log in using the account registered on LG Security Guard?
Log in using the Windows account linked to LG Security Guard.
When you click ‘Disable Warning Alarm Settings’, the password entry box should appear.
If it does not appear, press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds to reboot your PC.
※ Even if the alarm goes off and beeping sounds are heard, continue holding the power button down for at least 10 seconds until the PC reboots.
When the PC boots up, the Windows login page will appear.
Identify which is the account you used to log in previously, and which is the account registered on LG Security Guard.
On the ‘Windows Security’ pop-up, verify your identity using your fingerprint, face or PIN.
If verification is successful, you will be logged in to Windows.
Next, in app settings, switch off ‘Monitoring Mode Auto Entry’.
Did you delete the account registered on LG Security Guard?
Log in using the account registered on LG Security Guard and delete that account in app settings.
Press the keys ‘Win + I’ simultaneously and verify whether it is the account registered on LG Security Guard.
Enter ‘LG Security Guard’ in the task bar search box and execute the app.
In the settings for ‘Set Monitoring Mode’, click the User Account icon.
Next, click ‘Delete Account’.
A pop-up confirming the deletion will appear. Click ‘Yes’ to continue.
In the ‘Windows Security’ pop-up, verify your identity using your fingerprint, face or PIN to successfully delete (unlink) your account.
