Check the Microwave Door
1 Using a damp cloth, clean away any food stains or obstructions around the door.
2 Open and close the door 2-3 times to ensure the latch is engaging.
3 Retry starting the microwave.

Check Other Buttons
A chime sound should be heard when buttons are pressed on the microwave.
If no sound is heard, or no changes are visible in the display, the control lock may be enabled.
Disable the control lock and retry.How to lock/unlock
Press and hold down the [ CLEAR/OFF ] button for 3 seconds.

Reset the Unit
This will reset the control panel and clear any communication issues with the control panel.
1 Unplug the unit or turn off the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes.
2 Plug the unit back in and retry.
