If there is no space between the case and the LCD, forming a direct contract between them, then during transportation or the product installation process, the front of the case can impact the screen, breaking the screen or causing defects.
As a result, it is necessary to create some extra space between the screen and the case, thus preventing impacts to the screen.
Depending on the product, there is a gap of about 1.5mm ~ 2mm between the screen and the case.
※ If the case and the screen are too far away from each other, then have it inspected by LG Electronics technicians.
