How to use the 1ms MBR function of the gaming monitor
➔ 1ms MBR stands for Motion Blur Reduction. The function is used to remove image retention that can occur during a scene with fast transitions such as games.
1ms MBR operation can be used by setting the vertical frequency supported in the monitor.
When booted with the PC, most of monitors will be unable to use the 1ms MBR function because the vertical frequency is started at 60hz.
If you want to use it, change the vertical frequency to at least 120hz as shown above.
If you changed the vertical frequency, then turn on the 1ms MBR function on the monitor.
To set it properly, select [Menu] → [Game Control] → [1ms Motion Blur Reduction] and press [On].
Once you activated the MBR function, you can use various games without image retention on a screen at higher speed.
