LG Monitor firmware updates are released on an as-needed basis. These updates are used to enhance current features, fix bugs, and in some cases add additional applications.
Try This
1Visit the LG Electronics Support homepage and Select [Software & Drivers for Downloading].
2Select [Computing].
3Select [Monitors].
4Select your model or enter your model number in the search field.
5On the product page, download the file suitable for your OS (Windows or Mac).
6Connect your monitor using a USB cable (USB A to C, USB A to B, USB C to C, Thunderbolt).
7Open the [File Explorer] on your PC, select the firmware file, and select [Extract All].
8Follow the on screen prompts to complete the setup.
9Once complete, select [Restart my computer now] or [Restart my computer later] for the update to be applied.
10Select [Finish].
