Firmware updates are released on an as-needed basis. These updates are used to enhance current features, fix bugs, and in some cases add additional applications.
Try This
1Access the homepage of LG Electronics
2Select [Supports] then [Software & Drivers] .
3In [Product Selection], select [Monitors].
4In [Model Name Search], enter the name of product model owned and then select the searched model name.
5In [Software & Drivers], download the file suitable for your OS (Windows or Mac).
6Connect your monitor using a USB cable (USB A to C, USB A to B, USB C to C, Thunderbolt).
7Open the [File Explorer] on your PC, select the firmware file, and select [Extract All].
8Follow the on screen prompts to complete the setup.
9Once complete, select [Restart my computer now] or [Restart my computer later] for the update to be applied.
10Select [Finish].
