Lines appearing on your screen can be caused by an improper connection, faulty cable, or in rare cases, an internal problem with the monitor.
Try This

Remove the Connected Cable
If there is an internal failure with the monitor, the line(s) will still appear on the [No Signal] screen.

Disconnect and Reconnect the External Device
Unplug the cable of the external device connected to the monitor for 3 seconds then plug it back in. This will refresh the connection and resolve any communication issues.

Switch to a Different Input
If applicable, switch to a different input source to see if the lines are removed.

Replace the Connected Cable
Cables can become damaged or worn over time and need replacing. Swap out the cable and retry.
