If No Signal is displayed on your monitor, this can be caused by an improperly connected cable, incorrect input, or a defect with the product.
Try This

Check the cable and input for damage or foreign objects
1 Replace the cable, if damaged, with an authentic cable and clean away any foreign objects.

Disconnect and Reconnect the External Device
1 Disconnecting and reconnecting the connected cable will refresh the connection and resolve any communication issues. Unplug the cable of the external device connected to the monitor for 3 seconds then plug it back in.
2 Press the power button to turn the unit on.

Switch to a Different Input
1 If applicable, switch the connected cable to a different input to see if the picture is resolved. If unable to switch to a different input, swap out the cable to see if the picture is restored.
