You cannot set the 4K resolution in the monitor that is supposed to support 4K?
The 4K resolution enhances the user’s immersion rate with clear pictures and high definition(3840 x 2160).
To express the 4K resolution on the monitor, you must make sure that the graphics card of your PC supports the 4K resolution and
use the cable supporting 4K/60Hz when connecting the PC to the monitor.
Causes and Symptoms
- The graphic card of the PC does not support the 4K resolution.
- You did not connect it with a HDMI 2.0 or DP cable that supports 4K/60Hz.
- When connecting it with a HDMI 2.0 cable, you did not activate the Ultra HD Deep Color settings on the monitor.
If you are unable to verify that your cable supports 4K/60Hz, then ask the cable seller.
