LG OLED TV - Unboxing & Wall Mounting Setup (2015)

Step1.
Let’s begin by unboxing the package.
Step 1-1.
Remove the packing tape.
Step 1-2.
Open the top of the box.
Be sure the box is in the upright position and open the top of the box.
Step 1-3.
Unpacking the materials.
Dispose the box and packing materials.
Oh! Do not yet remove packing material from the surface of the TV.
It is needed to protect the screen during setup.
Step 2.
Now, It’s time to assemble the stands.
Step 2-1.
Place the set on a table.
Carefully grasp the TV by the side, also supporting the bottom.
Hold firmly while lifting, but do NOT pot pressure on the screen.
It is recommended that you cover the table top with a soft cloth or use the protective cover.
Set the TV down on a flat surface like a table top.
Step 2-2.
Assemble stands.
Remove protective cover from the TV, starting at the bottom.
Remove cover from stand and align the stand with the TV frame.
Insert corresponding screws and carefully tighten.
(*two screws on each side.
)Once stand is attached, lift the TV, Being carefully not to put pressure on the screen.
What if you want to set your OLED TV up as a wall mount?If you completed Step1, simply follow these directions!Oh! Keep the stand in case you need it at a later time.
Step 3.
Let’s begin by attaching the brackets to the TV.
Step 3-1.
Assemble brackets.
Assemble the guide spacer and the guide spacer screw in order as show.
Step 4.
Next, we’ll assemble the wall mount and attach it to the wall.
*This step only applies to Masonry walls.
For wooden studs, please drill screws directly into the wooden studs.
For more information please refer to the OTW150 installation manual.
Step 4-1.
Drill screw holes in the wall.
Line up the screw locations on the wall to match the holes in the wall mount.
Use an 8mmm drill bit to make holes between 80mm and 100mm deep.
Then thoroughly clean debris from the holes.
Place the screw in the hole, and carefully hammer the anchors into the holes.
Step 4-2.
Affixing the wall mount.
When fixing the wall mount to the wall, use 6 screws to hold it firmly in place.
Step 4-3.
Putting the TV and the wall mount together.
Now, align the TV bracket to the wall mount and carefully set in into place.
Step 5.
Now, it’s time to assemble the accessories.

Check the Accessories.

Locate all the accessories that are included in the kit inside the box: Magic remote, 3D Glasses (4ea)
