Once your LG range is connected to Wi-Fi, you gain access to features such as Remote Start, Scan to Cook, and more for use via the ThinQ app.
Try This
Device:
View what burners are currently active on the cooktop.
1Select the [Oven] device card in the ThinQ app.
2Then toggle to [Cooktop].
View/Edit oven settings such as Remote Start, Temperature, Cook Time, ThinQ Recipe, and Scan to Cook.
1Select the [Oven] device card in the ThinQ app.
2Then Toggle to [Range].
Timer is an extra timer that will send a push notification to your phone but will NOT stop cooking.
1Select the [Oven] device card in the ThinQ app.
2Toggle to [Range].
3Select the [Timer] icon.
4Set the timer to the desired setting.
View/Edit the oven temperature settings.
1Select the [Oven] device card in the ThinQ app.
2Toggle to [Range].
3Select the [Temperature].
4Adjust the oven temperature to the desired setting.
5Once complete, select [OK].
View/Edit the cook time setting for the oven to beep once complete.
1Select the [Oven] device card in the ThinQ app.
2Toggle to [Range].
3Select the [Cook Time].
4Adjust the time to the desired setting.
5Once complete, select [OK].
Remote Start preheating and then holds the oven temperature at the set amount for up to 12 hours (including preheating time).
1Open the oven door to make sure the oven is empty and ready for preheating and close the oven door.
2Turn the oven knob to [REMOTE START] or press the [REMOTE START] button.
3Follow the directions in the ThinQ application to set the cook mode, temperature, and run time (preheating plus holding time).
Useful Features:
Smart Diagnosis allow you to perform a diagnosis of your oven from your smartphone to identify any malfunctions with the unit.
1Select the [Oven] device card in the ThinQ app.
2Tap on [Useful Features].
3Select [Smart Diagnosis], then select [Get Started].
4Follow the on screen prompts to complete.
