Your LG Range control panel is designed to display functions while in use. If there are problems with the display showing incomplete digits, buttons not working, or error codes, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Select the problem you're experiencing:
Buttons Not Responding Damaged (Dents, Scratches, Fading, etc.) Flashing, Missing, or Broken LEDs Knob Issues -
Ensure the Control Lock / Child Lock is turned OFF.
How to lock/unlock: Press and hold down the [Cancel] button for 4 seconds to unlock.
Try using the control panel again.
If the problem continues, the unit will require service. Please visit our Request a Repair page to schedule service.

Service Required
The control panels are coated with enamel that can be damaged by abrasive cleaners or tools.
Because of this, service will be required to resolve the issue. Please visit our Request a Repair page to schedule service.

To Resolve:
Turn off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds and turn it back on.

Request Knob
If your oven is out of warranty, you can purchase replacement knobs at our kitchen parts and accessories shop. In warranty issues will require service to resolve. Please visit our Request a Repair page for further assistance.
