Your LG Range control panel is designed to display functions while in use. If there are problems with the display showing incomplete digits, buttons not working, or error codes, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Select the problem you're experiencing:
Buttons Not Responding Damaged (Dents, Scratches, Fading, etc.) Flashing, Missing, or Broken LEDs Knob Issues -
Ensure the Control Lock / Child Lock is turned OFF.
How to lock/unlock: 1Press and hold down the [CLEAR/OFF], [LOCK], or [CONTROL LOCK] button for 4 seconds to unlock (will differ depending on your model).
NoteYou will hear a beep when you first press the button. Press and hold it for 4 seconds until a second beep is heard.
2Try using the control panel again.
3If unsuccessful, turn off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds and turn it back on.
4Retry the control panel again.

Service Required
The control panels are coated with enamel that can be damaged by abrasive cleaners or tools.
Because of this, service will be required to resolve the issue. Please visit our Request a Repair page to schedule service.

Request Knob
