If heavy items or food are placed in the drawer or drawer cover, the drawer could sag and a gap could form.
Try this
If the drawer is misaligned or sagging because of heavy items or food in the drawer, reorganize the contents and reassemble the drawer.
➔ If the drawer is misaligned or sagging because the rollers are damaged, an inspection by a service technician is necessary.
- Please be cautious of the sharp metal parts (rails) on the sides of the drawer.
- When placing the drawer down, ensure not to rest it directly on the floor to prevent potential damage to the flooring.
- Please do not sit or stand on top of the drawer.
- Please do not hold the handle during assembly or disassembly. (Exercise caution as the handle could detach while handling the drawer.)
How to disassemble the freezer drawer
1. Pull the drawer open to full extension.
2. Lift the front of the drawer up, then pull it out.
3. Take the basket out from the rails. Remove the screws on both rails.
4. Grasp both ends of the drawer and pull upwards to remove it from the rails.
※ Please do not hold the handle when assembling or disassembling the drawer. (The handle could detach during the process and you might injure yourself.)
How to assemble the freezer drawer.
1. Pull out both rails simultaneously until they are fully extended.
2. Grasp the drawer on each side and hook the drawer. Also insert the drawer supports into the rail tabs located on both sides.
3. Lower the door into its final position and insert the screws in the rails on both sides.
4. Insert the drawer into the frame, and push the drawer back until it clicks into place.
