If a refrigerator is moved while lying down, the cooling motor (compressor) may detach or the gas pipe may break due to vibration, which can cause a malfunction.
The cooling motor (compressor) contains oil and if the refrigerator is tilted during transport, the oil may flow in the wrong direction, causing a malfunction if the power is turned on immediately after moving.
Try this
Move the refrigerator in an upright position as much as possible.
➔ If it is not possible to transport the refrigerator upright, once transported, leave it upright for 24 hours before plugging in and supplying power.
If you simply removed the electrical cord or changed the location of the refrigerator in the house, plug the cord back in and supply power after 5 minutes.
