The LG ThinQ® app on your smartphone can be used to perform a Smart Diagnosis of your compatible LG refrigerator and connect you with LG Customer Support should there be any issues.
In order to perform Smart Diagnosis, the refrigerator must be connected to Wi-Fi and registered in the ThinQ app.
Try This

Open the ThinQ app on your mobile device and select the refrigerator.

Under the refrigerator, select [Useful Features] at the bottom of the screen.

Select [Smart Diagnosis] and follow the on screen prompts to complete.

Select [Get Started] to begin the diagnosis.

Once complete, the ThinQ® app will display the details of your refrigerator's performance and indicate any issues that require attention.
