Insulation is applied to the inner wall of the refrigerator in order to preserve cold air. Therefore, insulation (foam) is injected in the manufacturing process.
At times the insulation can be seen on the back of the refrigerator, but since insulation (foam) is absolutely irrelevant to the cold air production (performance) of the refrigerator, there is no problem with the product, even if it is left as it is or is removed.
The round paper attached to the back of the product covers the insulation (foam) injection hole.
You can use the fridge as it is.
