LG Robot Vacuum - Troubleshooting Low Suction

If the dust bin is full or there is too much dust in the filter, the suction power will be reduced.
Empty the dust bin and clean or replace the filter.
Roboking uses the rotating brush on the side of the front to collect and suck in dusts, so if there is a foreign object in the rotating brush on the side, its suction power can be reduced.

How to clean the dust bin and the filter

1. Open the cover by pressing the [Press] button with the palm of your hand.

Press the Roboking vacuum cleaner push button to open the main body cover.

2. Grab the handle to the dust bin take it out.

Please take out the dust bin from the Roboking vacuum cleaner main body.

3. Press the hook to open the dust bin and remove dusts from the inside.

Press the dust bin release button to empty the dust.

4. Press the filter cover hook and separate the filter cover from the dust bin.

Slide the filter cover hook to separate the cover from the dust bin.

5. Separate the sponge filter and wash it in water. After fully drying it in the shade, proceed to use it.

6. Separate the exhaust filter.

7. Remove dusts by using a vacuum cleaner or cleaning brush.

Clean the exhaust filter with a vacuum cleaner.
※ If impossible to wash with water or the pollution is severe, then purchase a new one and replace the old one.
Do not wash the exhaust filter with water.

How to clean the rotating brush on the side and the main rotating brush

1. Using a cross headed screw driver, separate the center screws off the rotating brush on the side.

Remove the rotating brush screws with a cross headed driver.

2. Pull the rotating brush on the side to separate it from the main body.

3. Using a cleaning brush, remove foreign objects.

Remove foreign substances with a cleaning brush.

4. Wash the rotating brush on the side in lukewarm water.

5. Press and pull the hook to separate the rotating brush cover.

Press and pull the hook on the rotating brush cover to separate it.

6. Grab the rotating brush and push it toward the yellow protrusion.

Push the rotating brush toward the yellow protrusion.

7. When the white protrusion is removed from the main body, lift the rotating brush to separate it.

8. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the rotating brush.
If hairs are intertangled, use a scissor to cut them and then remove them.

※ The rotating brushes on the left and the right have assembly units with different shapes, so look at the L/R sign to make sure you can assemble it correctly.
