LG SideKick - How to Identify the Washing Machine Cycle Status

  • Troubleshooting

At a Glance

Due to design characteristics, the control panel cannot be seen when the SideKick is closed. You can check the progress and error status through the display window on the front load washing machine. When operating the unit alone, however, it is difficult to find the operating status.

Try This

When the Mini washer operates alone, you can determine its status by looking at the flashing pattern of the process LEDs.

The bottom LED of the washing machine is on

1. When operating normally, 6 LEDs on the display window will be lit in sequence repeating over an interval of 3 seconds.

2. When an error occurs, all LEDs (6ea) on the display window flash with an interval of 0.5 seconds.

3. When an error occurs, the door lock will be unlocked so that you can check the error by opening the drawer.

The process LED lights turn on alternately
