If water is collecting on the top of the door and leaks through the door and the top cover, follow the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Try This

If water leaks through the steam outlet and collects in the rear

➔ This occurs intermittently and will not occur under most washing conditions.

1. If a lot of detergent is used, bubbles may come out of the steam outlet and water may collect in the rear.

2. When using a cycle that heats water (Cotton, Steam, Baby Clothing), steam may come out through the steam outlet hole and water may collect in the rear.

3. To check whether the product is operating normally or not, run the machine once without adding laundry.

4. If there is no water leak, the product is operating normally and you can use it with an easy mind.

If a laundry item or a foreign object is caught in the door it can cause a water leak

1. After adding laundry, check if fabric is caught in the door and close the door until a click is heard.

2. If fabric is caught in the door, the leakage prevention gasket under the door may not be completely sealed so that the fabric may be damaged or water may leak.

3. To check whether the product is operating normally, run the machine once without adding laundry. If there is no water leak, the product is ok and you can use it with an easy mind.
