Where can I check for the model name?
The label on the rear or bottom of the sound bar will provide the model name

Please select your model:
Press the [Wi-Fi] button on the sound bar for at least 5 seconds.
Press the [-] button on the main body and the [AI Sound Pro Key] button on the remote control simultaneously and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the [MIC Mute] button on the sound bar for at least 5 seconds.
Press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [Sound Effect] button on the remote control simultaneously and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [Adaptive Sound Control, ASC] button on the remote control simultaneously and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [Standard] button on the remote control simultaneously and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [Standard] button on the remote control at the same time and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [Treble] button on the remote control at the same time and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [Voice] button on the remote control at the same time and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [0] button on the remote control at the same time and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Press the [Pause] button on the sound bar and the [0] button on the remote control at the same time and hold for at least 5 seconds.
