If sound is not being produced by all speakers, it can indicate a problem with improper connection, incorrect settings, or a problem with the speaker.
Note:
If the system speakers play sound, but your wireless subwoofer does not, refer to Connecting Your Wireless Subwoofer.

Is the Wireless Receiver Properly Connected to the Sound Bar?
Confirm the wireless receiver is properly connected to the power supply.
If the LED on the back of the wireless receiver is blinking green or is solid red, it means it is not connected.
Note:
A solid green light will appear when the connection is established.
1Confirm that all speaker wires have been connected to the rear of the sound bar.
2Make sure the wire marked black goes in the terminal marked "-"(minus) and the other wire goes in to the terminal marked "+"(plus).
3Confirm that matching color wires are connected to respective speakers.

Are the Rear Speakers Properly Connected to the Wireless Receiver?
Check whether the speaker cables are properly connected to the corresponding terminals on the rear speakers and the wireless receiver.
