When I close the Styler door, steam leaks through the gap in the door.
There is a gap between the Styler door and the door gasket.
Try this
The rubber seal might not be firmly attached as the product is new (less than 5 times of use).
Close the door all the way. Then, compress the rubber gasket into the door and operate the Refresh cycle.
After the cycle is finished, keep the door closed for one hour so that the rubber gasket firmly attaches to the door.
The rubber seal might be stiff due to cold weather.
