Steam from the Styler may condense into water droplets inside the unit.
Try this
If there is a bit of water on the floor
During the operation of the Styler, steam may condense into water droplets. Please note, this is a normal process and not a sign of malfunction.
It is advised to wipe the inside of the Styler after each use or leave the Styler door open to dry the inside.
Any water droplets generated are collected in the drip tray located at the bottom of the Styler.
Rest assured, there is no cause for concern as these droplets will naturally evaporate over time.
If there is some water on the floor
If you open the Styler while steam is being released, the steam will meet the outside air and condense into water droplets, causing water to drip on the floor.
Do not open the Styler when it is in operation, as this may lead to poor performance.
If there is an excessive amount of water on the floor
➔ Is the filter clogged or is the grille upside down?
Clean the filter.
Then, assemble the filter and grille correctly.
➔ Is the rubber gasket on the door torn or are there any clothes stuck in the door?
The drying performance will deteriorate if there is a gap between the main body and the door.
If the rubber gasket is torn or large amounts of water leak from the Styler, please request a service.
